Established in 1978, the company is now looking to
continue its expansion in Qatar and support its Oil & Gas
Operator client base.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment
Consultant/ Business Development Manager to assist with
growing our already established relationships with the
major Oil & Gas Operating Companies. NES has been
established in the Middle East for over 8 years and in
Doha for 4 years.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a
global recruitment business in return you will be offered
an all-inclusive salary + Commission relating to realistic
targets.

Ideally we are looking for a Western Educated individual
who can perform the following:

· Identification and penetration of O&G companies on
an ad hoc basis.
· Identification and penetration of longer burn
strategic accounts within the O&G industry
· Development of already established client
relationships.
· Thorough understanding of recruitment process from
front to back.
· Ability to manage the recruitment process by
utilising the existing team of consultants.
· Ability to identify and bring on board in country
solutions where NES currently don t have a capability.
· Capability to understand and sell the value added
services offered by NES
