Job Title: Senior Architects and Designers

My client is one of the most prestigious architecture and Interior Design Firm delivering solutions for buildings and communities all over the world and currently

looking for Senior Architects and Interior Designers to work on one of their major projects in Doha (Qatar).

This is a contract role with starting and ending dates yet to be defined

Requirements:

Ability to grasp the complexity of a major project and provide technically sound solutions within a previously established design vocabulary

Strong, clear communication skills. English is the default language on this particular project; Metric is the drawing system

Learned understanding of project protocol in terms of reviewing resolutions with the appropriate chain of command prior to issuing a resolution

Understanding of the QA/QC process (which will be delineated formally)

Work experience on resumes should include specific roles and duties/task performed at each firm or project.

Portfolios should include technical examples of work that the candidate has generated themselves – CAD work showing proficiency in English notation and in technical detailing, hand-sketches demonstrating ability to problem-solve in the Field

Candidates for consideration in Doha should have very strong Architectural/Design technical skills for their level of experience and ideally previous work experience in the U.S. or with U.S. firms (from a code familiarity and QA/QC standpoint)

Salary: negotiable
