Jobs Title: Projects Manager - Architecture Jobs in Qatar

Our client invests in the sports, leisure & entertainment industries & provides innovative investment solutions, based in Qatar. They require a Projects Manager with an architecture, engineering & business development background for planning, organizing & supervising constructions projects plus business development. You should hold an MBA in addition to your engineering degree & a minimum of 7 years experience as a large scale Projects Manager gained within Investment property & real estate.

FURTHER INFORMATION
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising QSi constructions project for the location, design, inspection and maintenance.

The Projects Manager will administer QSi construction contracts and coordinate projects including all phases from planning to project construction.

Other responsibilities will include: Business Development, and proposal preparation and coordination, management and performance of consulting assignments.

Skills Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or any other related Engineering field. A secondary degree in Business Administration, MBA
Must have background on Financial Side i.e. conducting Feasibility Studies
Minimum of 7 years experience as Projects Manager gained from Investment property and real estate background in managing large scale projects
Licensure as a professional architect or engineer is essential.
International and GCC Working experience
Construction drawing (blue print) and specification reading, including civil, landscaping architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical
Construction management techniques, methods and best practices
Computer Engineering programs (AUTOCAD) Types of construction, building systems and equipment.

Must know how to identify and leverage business development opportunities to deliver an enhanced customer experience through innovative sales techniques
