Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Qatar

Required to take on the client representative role, the clients seeks to employ qualified civil / architectural engineers, as project managers. Prior experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role is a pre-requisite. You will have substantial exposure to construction management of high-rise towers. Apart from overall project control, you will be involved in all aspects of contract agreements& costs, and should be competent to make recommendations and bring value engineering to the project. As a project manager, you will be responsible for directing the professional consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters.

You MUST be educated to degree level with at least 5 years experience in a similar role and willing to relocate to the Middle East. Previous Middle East experience is advantageous.
