Job Title: Legal Consultant

Our Legal Consultant's position requires the following qualification:

• Advanced knowledge and experience with contract law (local & international).
• Specifically regarding to lease, purchase, software license, and maintenance and support agreements; strong verbal and written skills; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent experience drafting, developing and negotiation Telecommunication and Technology projects contract, maintenance agreements, memorandum of understanding, service level agreements, and software license agreements.
• Master or Bachelor's Law Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual skills: must be fluent in both English and Arabic.

The Legal Consultant will be required to manage the contract development maintenance process, as follows:

• Develop new agreements and required based on the additional of new products and new acquisition programs for existing and future products and services;
• Modify existing agreements as necessary based on ongoing reviews of competitive agreements, customer feedback and policy requirements, specific product and support requirements and changing in legal opinions;
• Manage the approval process for all non-standard terms via documented policy requirements;
• Communicate agreement additions/changes to contract the field sale and operations personnel. Insure systematic documentation of all changes;
• Assist with maintenance and development of terms and conditions support tools
• Assist with maintenance and development of a document management system.
• Review vendor and 3rd party agreements as required and identify problematic areas of exposure for MOI.
